The victory marked another memorable chapter for India in youth cricket, as the Ayush Mhatre-led side delivered a complete performance to outplay England in a high-scoring final.

After winning the toss and choosing to bat first, India put on a dominant display with the bat. The highlight of the innings was a breathtaking knock by Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who smashed 175 runs off just 80 balls. His aggressive yet controlled innings laid the foundation for India's massive total.

Captain Ayush Mhatre also played a key role, contributing a steady 53 off 51 balls to support Suryavanshi. Their efforts helped India post a formidable 411 for nine in the allotted 50 overs, putting England under immediate pressure.

Chasing a daunting target of 412, England began on a positive note with opener Ben Dawkins scoring a well-made half-century. Contributions from Thomas Rew and Ben Mayes kept England in the contest during the early stages of the chase.
