Second phase poll begins in Chh'garh, 1L security men deployed

Raipur, Nov 19: Second phase polling begins in Chhattisgarh today. In Central and North Chhattisgarh, 843 candidates contest for 72 seats. Around one lakh security personnel have been deployed to ensure safety in the state which has been witnessing several incidents of violence in past weeks.
