So far, health officials have surveyed approximately 1,943 homes within the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) limits, 1,750 homes in Chinchwad, and 3,522 homes in rural parts of the region. These efforts are part of a broader strategy to understand the scope of the outbreak and contain any further spread of the condition.
