Gurgaon rape: Rules bar women from outing after 8 pm

New Delhi, Mar 14: After duo rape cases were reported in Gurgaon on Tuesday night, the Gurgaon administration on Wednesday, Mar 14, announced that women should stay at home after 8 pm. The administration easily washed its hands from the cases, indicating a sign of the society's continued apathy towards woman.

All the malls and commercial establishments has been directed by the administration to take permission from the Labour department to have their women staff working beyond 8 pm.

However, twin rape cases has been reported in the city, on Tuesday, Mar 13, a 24-year-old was sexually assaulted by 7 men after she was pulled out from her car near the Sahara Mall and was taken to a flat.

Meanwhile, five people have been arrested and police are searching the other two accused, as claimed by police.

According to the police officials, all the accused are unemployed youths and belong to Madina village of district Rohtak in Haryana.
