The elections to the 104 wards of the North Delhi Corporation will be held in April 2022. In the 2017 elections, the BJP led NDA bagged the majority followed by the Aam Aadmi Party and Congress. In January the State Election Commission said that the number of wards reserved for the Scheduled castes in the three corporations would be 20 for NDMC, 15 for SDMC, and 11 for EDMC. The Election Commission said that the number of voters allowed in each voting station has been set at 1,250 owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.
