Rajinder Nagar Constituency Result 2025: Vineet Yadav Vs Umang Bajaj Vs Durgesh Pathak - Who'll Win?
The Rajinder Nagar Assembly constituency is expected to witness a tri-cornered battle in the 2024 elections, with Congress candidate Vineet Yadav, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Umang Bajaj, and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate Durgesh Pathak vying for the seat.
The AAP has held the constituency for three consecutive terms. However, the BJP is confident of a major victory in the Delhi Assembly elections. Voting for all 70 constituencies in Delhi took place on Wednesday.

Rajinder Nagar, part of the New Delhi Lok Sabha constituency, has been a stronghold for the AAP. In the 2020 by-election, AAP's Durgesh Pathak won the seat with 40,319 votes, defeating BJP's Rajesh Bhatia. Earlier that year, in the 2020 Assembly elections, AAP's Raghav Chadha secured victory with 59,135 votes, defeating BJP's RP Singh.
As of 2024, the Rajinder Nagar constituency has 1,45,988 registered voters, including 80,686 men, 65,299 women, and three third-gender electors. The area is predominantly urban, with a middle-class population comprising traders, professionals, and government employees.
Historically, the battle for the seat was between the AAP and BJP.
