CBSE Releases Class 12 Re-Evaluation Results; Over 87% Applications Processed

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Sunday announced the release of Class 12 examination results for students who had applied for verification of marks, photocopies of answer sheets, and re-evaluation of their papers.

According to the board, the results are being declared in phases, with more than 87 per cent of all applications already processed and published.

Students who applied for re-evaluation-related services can now check their updated results and application status online.

Results Released in Phases

CBSE said the re-evaluation outcomes are not being released all at once. Instead, the board is publishing them in multiple phases to ensure that every application is reviewed carefully.

The majority of students who applied for verification and re-evaluation have already received their results. The remaining applications are currently under process and their outcomes will be released shortly.

The board has assured students that the entire process will be completed soon.

How Students Can Check Their Results

Students can access their re-evaluation results and application status through the official DigiLocker results portal.

The board has advised students to regularly check the portal for updates regarding their applications and revised marks.

Students are encouraged to keep their login credentials ready while accessing the portal.

CBSE Assures Transparency and Fairness

In an official statement shared on social media platform X, CBSE emphasised that every application had been handled through a transparent and carefully monitored process.
The board stated that all requests were reviewed using a robust system designed to maintain fairness and accuracy in the evaluation process.

CBSE also reassured students that strict procedures were followed while processing applications for verification and re-evaluation.

Board Warns Against Rumours

The board urged students and parents not to rely on rumours or unverified claims circulating on social media.

CBSE advised candidates to depend only on official communications issued by the board for accurate information regarding results and evaluation-related matters.
The board further said that its offices remain available to assist students and provide guidance whenever required.

Relief for Thousands of Students

The release of re-evaluation results brings clarity for thousands of Class 12 students who had sought a review of their marks after the initial declaration of board examination results.

For many students, revised scores can influence college admissions, entrance examinations, and future academic plans. As the remaining applications are processed, students are expected to closely monitor updates from CBSE regarding the final phase of result publication.

With most applications already completed, the board has indicated that the re-evaluation exercise is nearing its conclusion, offering students a clearer picture of their final academic performance.
