New Delhi, Sept 26: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh turned 81 on Thursday. It is also the tenth birthday that Singh will spend as the chief political executive of the country and only the third Congress prime ministers to achieve this feat. Oneindia wishes him a very happy birthday.
