New Delhi, Dec 17: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday appealed to schools across India to observe two minutes of silence to express solidarity with the horrible bloodbath in an army school in Peshawar in Pakistan that saw 132 children killed. [PM Modi condemns terror attack]
