Delhi Teen Hires Hitman To Shoot Dead Man Over Monetary Dispute, Incident Caught On Cam
A man and his nephew were shot dead while celebrating Diwali outside their home in Delhi's Shahdara on Thursday.
According to police, a 16-year-old boy who hired the shooter over a financial dispute has been detained.

The incident occurred around 8 pm in the Farsh Bazar area of Shahdara and was captured on CCTV.
In the footage, the man, 44-year-old Akash Sharma, his nephew, Rishabh Sharma (16), and his son, Krish Sharma (15), are seen setting off firecrackers on the narrow road outside their house.
The 16-year-old boy is then seen arriving on a two-wheeler and touching Sharma's feet, while the shooter stands nearby.
This is scary. Wish there was a fear of law and consequences in people. #Delhi is truly lawless.

Moments later, the shooter fired approximately five shots at Sharma, killing him and injuring his son. As Rishabh ran after the shooters, he was also fatally shot.
Police revealed that the teenager, a distant relative of Sharma, had lent him around ₹70,000 a month ago. However, Sharma had neither repaid the money nor responded to his calls.
"The accused had planned the murder 17 days ago," said the police.
Both the detained minor and the victim's family have previous cases against them.
A case of attempted murder is already registered against the minor, while six cases were lodged against Sharma.
Furthermore, 14 cases were registered against Sharma's brother, Yogesh Sharma, who is Rishabh's father, police confirmed.
