Delhi: Minor boy sexually assaults 3-year-old girl

New Delhi, Jun 5: A three-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted by a 10-year-old boy at a slum in outer Delhi's Mongolpuri area, police said today.

The incident took place on Friday Both the minors were playing, when the girl came back home crying and complained of pain in her private parts, they said.

The girl's mother later approached police and alleged that the neighbour's boy had inserted some object on her private part, a senior official said.

While the girl was sent for a medical examination and then for counselling, the boy was apprehended from his home and sent to a juvenile home, the official added.
