Mysore Dasara Gold Card 2023: Tickets Available Online From Today, Check Prices

The much-anticipated Mysore Dasara Mahotsav-2023 (Mysuru Dasara), also known as Nadahabba, has officially kicked off in the enchanting palace city. The city is adorned like a radiant bride, setting the stage for a grand celebration. A diverse array of programs and events are already underway, and the renowned Jambusavari procession is scheduled for Vijayadashami on October 24.

To enhance the experience for tourists, the district administration has introduced the highly sought-after Dussehra gold card facility. Starting today (August 18) at 10 am, this gold card, priced at Rs 6,000, will be available for purchase on the official website, mysoredasara.gov.in. It's important to note that the Gold Card availability is subject to limitations, with a maximum purchase limit of two gold cards per individual.

For those who wish to witness the spectacular Dussehra Jambusavari procession from within the palace premises, ticket prices have been set at Rs 3,000 per person, with a discounted rate of Rs 2,000 for scheduled individuals. Additionally, admiring the enchanting Panjina's painting at Bannimantapa comes at a fee of Rs 500 for all.

Upon purchasing the gold card or event tickets online, patrons will receive comprehensive information, including the location, date, and timing for collecting their tickets via SMS and email. Dr. KV Rajendra, Mysore District Collector, has informed the public that ticket purchases, as well as gold card acquisitions, can be made conveniently through the official website, mysoredasara.gov.in.

Excitement continues to build with the Mysore Dussehra Air Show, offering free entry to all spectators. The air show is scheduled for August 22nd and August 23rd, from 4 pm to 5 pm. Admission on the 22nd is free of charge, but it will operate on a first-come, first-served basis, with no entry permitted after 3 pm. For those wishing to attend the air show on the 23rd, the option to purchase a Panjina Kavayatu Pass is available.
