Interested applicants can register and apply through the official website at housing.mhada.gov.in.

• Applicants must keep the following documents ready while applying:
• Aadhaar card (self and spouse, if applicable)
• PAN card
• Domicile certificate issued within the last five years
• Income proof, including ITR for FY 2023-24
• PMAY registration certificate for those applying under PMAY-U 2.0
• Caste certificate, if applicable
• Certificates for special categories, if applicable

Apart from these, applicants should also have a cancelled cheque for refunds, a recent passport-size photograph, and an additional identity or address proof such as a driving licence, voter ID, or passport.
