Shaktipeeth Expressway Project to Resume

The expressway is expected to improve connectivity between central Maharashtra and coastal areas. This will benefit the general public by making travel easier and faster. Two days after land acquisition was halted, CM Shinde announced that the project might restart but only with public approval.

CM Shinde also mentioned that the government would consider realigning the expressway in areas where there is opposition. This approach aims to reduce resistance and ensure smooth implementation. The government wants to build trust with its citizens by involving them in such projects.

Chief Minister Shinde emphasized that no project will move forward without public consent. This stance is intended to foster trust between the government and its citizens. By considering realignments, the government hopes to reduce opposition and ensure smooth implementation.
