Speculation about her possible entry into the political arena intensified during Union Home Minister Amit Shah's visit to Mumbai for Ganesh Utsav. Talks about Lok Sabha elections took place at Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis's official residence, and the prospect of Dixit contesting from Mumbai for the BJP gained attention. However, a senior party leader clarified that these discussions hold no official status within the party.

During the previous Lok Sabha elections, rumors circulated about Dixit contesting from Pune, which were quickly dismissed by her spokesperson. However, speculations reignited when BJP's national president, Amit Shah, met Dixit as part of the 'Support for Contact' campaign.

In an interview with ANI, Dixit addressed the swirling political rumors, asserting, "I'm aware of the discussions regarding my potential entry into politics. However, these are merely rumors. I have no intention of contesting elections under any political party. Please refrain from spreading baseless speculations," urging against the propagation of such unfounded claims.

It remains to be seen whether Dixit will ultimately enter the political fray. However, her fans and admirers would undoubtedly be supportive of her if she decides to do so.
