Uttar Pradesh: BJP booth president Virendra Mishra shot dead
Lucknow, Aug 1: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) booth president has been allegedly shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Bahraich district of Uttar Pradesh.

The deceased leader has been identified as Virendra Mishra. He was the booth president of the ruling party in the district.
According to the reports, miscreants stormed into the house of Virendra and opened fire on him. The man died on the spot.
Police said that the reason behind the killing of Virendra is not known and that a probe has been launched.
