Mathura: Minor girl raped, killed; rapist lynched to death
Mathura, July 29: A man was lynched to death by a mob in Mathura, as he had allegedly raped and murdered a minor girl.
According to India Today report, the mob also killed the accused youth's friend.

On Tuesday, July 28, Lalua Valmiki from Mustafabad-Parkham in Mathura district, raped and killed a 12-year-old girl.
Enraged villagers took him to the police station, but when they saw that police was not booking him under rape and murder chargers, they barged into police station and beaten him black and blue.
One of his friend, Sonu Kumar, tried to save him, but he was also beaten to death by the angry mob.
Four policemen including SHO Tejvir Singh, inspector Nepal Singh and two constables Rohit Kumar and Suresh Singh have been suspended for dereliction of duty.
Meanwhile, the district administration has announced a compensation of Rs 10 lakh to the family of the deceased girl.
