Married woman gangraped in UP

Ballia (UP), Oct 3: A 20-year-old married woman was allegedly gangraped by two youths in Khejuri area here, police said today.

The incident took place when two youths reached the victim's house and took her to secluded place after falsely telling her that her mother was ill, they said.

"The youths, identified as Rahul Chauhan and Manish, raped the woman and fled away," a police spokesperson said.

"Police has lodged an FIR in this connection and probing the matter," he added.

No arrests have so far been made in this connection.
