Lucknow shame: Class 8th girl brutally gangraped, battling for life

Lucknow, Aug 21: Incidents of crime against women are common in Uttar Pradesh. In the capital city Lucknow, a girl was abducted in broad-day light on Thursday, Aug 20.

The shameful incident happened in Nishatganj area of Lucknow, when the girl, a student of Class 8th was returning home from her school, at around 2.30 pm.

Gangrape victim

Two youths reportedly gagged her mouth and forcefully pushed her into a car. They took her to an isolated spot, where they gangraped her and threw her on a road.

The badly injured and profusely bleeding girl, somehow, managed to reach her home.

On Friday, Aug 21, police shared the FIR copy with the media. OneIndia possesses the copy of the FIR.

It is emerged that at the time of incident, five boys and four girls were present in the car, in which the girl was kidnapped and gangraped.

While talking to OneIndia, victim's father said that neighbours got his daughter admitted to a hospital, where she is battling for her life.

Police has registered a case and the investigation is going on.
