Girl accuses constable of rape and blackmail

, June 11: A hapur based

has accused a constable of UP police living in her neighbour of

and making an

clip of the act, police said on Wednesday.

The girl narrated her ordeal to Meerut IG following which, he gave orders for an immediate investigation into the matter.

While talking to reporters, the girl said that the constable, now stationed in Meerut, called her at his house on 12 December 2012 on the pretext of getting her recruited in the police.

He then molested her and made an MMS clip. Since then, he has been blackmailing her and took her jewellery and Rs 1.5 lakh cash.

Based on the FIR, police is investigating the case.
