3 IPS officers shuffled in UP
Lucknow, Dec 24: In a minor reshuffle in police administration, the Uttar Pradesh government today transferred three IPS officers.
While Director General, Fire services Alok Prasad has been put on waitlist, Superintendent of Police (SP) Ambedkar Nagar Rohan P Kanay has been sent to CBCID, Lucknow in the same capacity, an official release issued here said.
Additional Superintendent of Police, Mirzapur, Ajay Kumar Singh has been sent to Ambedkar Nagar as the new SP, it added.
