  • ⅛ tsp cream of tartar

Procedure

  1. Scoop out the seeds from the zucchini halves using a teaspoon or grapefruit spoon. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine 1 cup of crumbled cornbread with salt, pepper, egg yolks, and cream cheese. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks with cream of tartar using a whisk or electric mixer.
