TMC-Team Anna make music video to project Mamata on national stage

Kolkata, March 11: The

(TMC) has made a music

to project its supremo and West Bengal Chief Minister

as a national leader. The music video, which has a duration of 2 minutes and 40 seconds, is titled

. Members of Team Anna are helping the TMC to improve its high-tech campaigning ahead of the crucial national election scheduled in April and May.

The video comprises 23 still photographs of Banerjee's various moods and the video has already been a huge hit on popular media like YouTube. The TMC leadership is also playing it in various parts of Delhi ahead of the mega rally that would be held jointly by Banerjee and veteran social activist Anna Hazare at the Ramlila Ground on Wednesday. The music video will also be officially launched during the rally.

Hazare recently backed Banerjee as the prime minister of India and the former is supposed to help the TMC chief prepare list of candidates the party will field from various parts of the country. The TMC is seriously targetting to emerge big at the national level and present a fresh alternative to the country, other than the Congress and BJP.

The music video has been made in six languages, TMC sources said. The party is trying to reach out to more electorate outside the state to increase its strength in the Lok Sabha and the party supremo has accordingly been holding rallies outside West Bengal.
