Rajasthan: Minor boy helps sister, mother in killing grand father

Jaipur, Apr 9: A middle-aged woman along with her daughter and minor son and driver was arrested on Thursday for allegedly murdering her father-in-law, police said.

"The man's daughter-in-law Priya and her daughter Harsha (19), both were having illicit affair with their driver Nazeer and the man had come to know about it," police said.

"Jawahar came to know about this recently and objected to it following which the mother, daughter and the driver hatched the conspiracy to kill him," SHO Amer Dharmendra Kumar said.

The lady also involved her minor in the gruesome murder of Jawahar whose body was found wrapped in a canopy cover in Amber area on Monday.

"Jawahar went to Priya's flat on Sunday and stayed there in the night. Priya and Harsha then called Nazeer and they altogether suffocated him with a pillow leaving him dead. Nazeer wrapped the body and dumped it near a farm house.

Priya's 14 year old son also helped them," he said. However, the woman, whose husband lives in Dubai, has said that her father-in-law wanted her to have illicit relation with him and used to make advances.

She suspected Jawahar of performing black magic on her and sought help from the driver Nazeer who introduced her to a Maulvi who helped her to get rid of the black magic.

"After this, she developed illicit relations with Nazeer and later her daughter also involved with him. For them, Jawahar was a hurdle so they planned the murder," the SHO said. Priya, Harsha and Nazeer were arrested and the minor accused has been also been held.
