The woman along with her kids trapped at fourth story of the burning building at Pyeongtaek last week, flung them to a group of US airmen waiting to catch them below.
The 30-year-old mother Enyioko dropped her kids one by one from the window before she leaped from the window -- the only escape route.
All survived without any injury on blankets in a rescue effort orchestrated by passing U.S. service personnel stationed at nearby Osan Air Base.
'It was so difficult to drop my children,' Enyioko was quoted as saying. 'It was so dark in the room and the kids were coughing and crying. When I saw the people gathering with the blanket, I could see it was military members, I thanked my God.'
The rescued family, who hail from Nigeria, met the people who saved their lives and expressed their gratitude them.
