Trump Confirms US Strikes On Fordow, Natanz, Esfahan; Calls It ‘Spectacular Military Success’
U.S. President Donald Trump, in a national address on Sunday, hailed the strikes on three of Iran's nuclear enrichment sites as a "spectacular military success" and warned that future attacks could be "far greater and easier" if Iran did not stand down.
Trump confirmed that the U.S. military had carried out airstrikes targeting three key nuclear facilities - Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan - with the primary focus on Fordow, where a full payload of bombs was dropped.

Speaking after the strikes, Trump stated, "The objective was the destruction of Iran's nuclear enrichment capacity and to stop the nuclear threat posed by the world's no. 1 state sponsor of terror."
He was the first to publicly confirm the military operation, posting on social media: "We have completed our very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan. All planes are now outside of Iran air space. A full payload of BOMBS was dropped on the primary site, Fordow. All planes are safely on their way home."
The Sunday night airstrikes ended speculation about U.S. involvement in the escalating conflict between Israel and Iran. The strikes also raised alarms globally about the possibility of a broader regional conflict.

Trump's decision to involve the U.S. militarily follows over a week of Israeli operations aimed at crippling Iran's air defenses, missile infrastructure, and nuclear capabilities.
In another post on his platform, Trump described the event as a major turning point, writing, "This is an HISTORIC MOMENT FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ISRAEL, AND THE WORLD. IRAN MUST NOW AGREE TO END THIS WAR. THANK YOU!"
