The Guradian has listed out likely nominees for Nobel peace prize 2017. However, there are changes that a winner could emerge out of the blue.

Raif Badawi
The Saudi blogger Raif Badawi was arrested in June 2012 and found guilty of insulting Islam through his website and in TV comments. He has been sentenced to 10 years in jail and 1,000 lashes.
