Saudi shocker: Finding no blood, angry groom takes wife to doctor to test virginity

Riyadh, May 22: Shocked to see that there was no blood after sleeping with her, a Saudi groom took his wife to the hospital to confirm whether she was a virgin or not, Sada newspaper said.

The man was so upset that he stormed out of the bedroom and called the bride's family to explain the reason. The bride's family tried to assure him that there was no problem with her but the groom was unmoved and took her for an examination.

He calmed down only after the doctor at the hospital said that the bride had a slight congenital problem which was not going to affect their marital life. The groom took the bride back home.

Just a couple of words from the doctor saved the marriage.
