In a shocking turn of events, a man in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, has been accused of decapitating his father and posting a disturbing video of the severed head online. The county prosecutor revealed that the accused, Justin D. Mohn, had shot his father with a gun he had legally purchased the day before the incident.

According to Bucks County District Attorney Jennifer Schorn, Justin Mohn's actions were premeditated. He allegedly shot his father, Michael Mohn, in the head before decapitating him with a knife and machete. The autopsy results confirmed the cause of death.

Despite not having a diagnosed history of mental illness, Justin Mohn, aged 32, was able to purchase the 9mm handgun legally. However, he had to surrender his medical marijuana card to be eligible for the weapon purchase.

Justin Mohn is facing serious charges, including first-degree murder, abusing a corpse, and possession of instruments of crime. He is currently being held without bail. The Bucks County Office of the Public Defender is representing him, but they declined to comment further.

Justin Mohn's mother, Denice Mohn, discovered her husband's remains in their Levittown home and sought help from a neighbor to call the police. Justin Mohn was later arrested at Fort Indiantown Gap after a search involving cellphone signals.
