No ban on visa to Narendra Modi, says British Minister

"We are not passing judgements on Indian political leaders. We made contact with him in Gujarat," Vince Cable, minister for business, innovation and skills, told reporters here after inaugurating GREAT British Festival.

The festival showcases some of the British companies operating in India and encourages new business to business partnerships, including small and medium enterprises.
According to him, there is no ban on issuing British visa to Modi as far as he knows.
The US has denied visa to Modi for alleged human rights violations during the 2002 riots in Gujarat.
