NEET UG 2026 Results Out: Check Toppers, Final Answer Key and Download Steps, All You Need To Know

In the latest development, the NTA finally released the result of the NEET UG 2026 today (Thursday) night at around 10:30 pm. It is known that this year 11.21 lakh candidates have qualified for admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH and other undergraduate medical courses. Along with the results, the agency has also released the final answer key on its official website.

Punjab and Haryana Produce Joint Toppers

Note: It must be noted that the highest score of NEET -UG 2026 was 715 out of 720, secured by candidates from both Punjab and Haryana.

According to the NTA:

• About 20 lakh candidates appeared.
• 11.21 lakh candidates qualified.
• 19 candidates scored above 700 marks.
• 138 candidates secured more than 690 marks.
• More than 58% of the qualified candidates are female.

The top-performing candidates came from several states, including Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Bihar, Tamil Nadu and Telangana.

• Step 4: The Final answer key will be reflected
