Modi is the first Indian Prime Minister to visit Silicon Valley in more than three decades. During his weekend stay, he visited the campuses of Tesla, Facebook and Google, and held a series of meetings with top Silicon Valley CEOs including Apple CEO Tim Cook.

Modi's meeting with the British Prime Minister David Cameron was a last minute addition, the official said. In addition to these bilateral meetings, Modi will attend a lunch hosted by UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon and address a United Nations summit convened by Obama on UN Peacekeeping.
