Los Angeles airport evacuated after reports of shooter
Los Angeles, Aug 29: Hundreds of people were evacuated from the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on Sunday night after police reported of an active shooter in a terminal.
The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) said the reports of the shooter had come from two callers, but there was no confirmation of what was exactly happening, CBS News reported.

The Los Angeles Airport Police also could not confirm the reports of a shooter, saying there was no evidence to confirm the claims, but an investigation was underway.
A part of the airport was shut because of the incident, it was reported.
