Indian envoy meets Ramzan's mother in Pakistan
Karachi, Nov 3: Indian High Commissioner to Pakistan T C A Raghavan on Tuesday met mother of Ramzan, reportedly a Pakistani national currently with an NGO in India, and offered all assistance to her so that she could meet the boy and verify his identity.
Raghavan met Razia here at the instruction of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, sources said.

The Indian envoy offered all assistance to her including an Indian visa so that she could travel to India to verify the identity of the 15-year-old Pakistani boy who is in India with an NGO in Bhopal.
The External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Vikas Swarup has already said that once Pakistan verifies his nationality he will be sent back.
Ramzan's story is similar to that of Geeta's. Geeta, a deaf and mute girl who had accidentally crossed over to Pakistan over a decade ago, returned to India from Pakistan last week.
