In Pics: Hamid Ansari’s Nigeria visit

Vice President Hamid Ansari is on a five-day visit to Nigeria and Mali. Ansari in Nigeria inaugurated the Indian High Commission's Chancery complex.

At the event he interacted with Indian diaspora and lauded their commendable service to Nigeria.

The foundation stone of the High Commission building was laid by former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee when he had visited Nigeria in 2003.

Ansari also inaugurated a photo exhibition titled "India-Nigeria Relations: Evolution to Strategic Partnership".
