Google Unveils Pixel 9 Early, Escalating AI Battle with Apple

Google has unveiled its latest Pixel phones, aiming to integrate more artificial intelligence (AI) services into these devices. The advanced Gemini Assistant will require a monthly subscription, free for one year for Pixel 9 buyers.

The standard Pixel 9 will be priced at $800, while the Pixel 9 Pro will cost between $1,000 and $1,100, depending on the size. Additionally, the next generation of Google's foldable Pixel phone will be available for $1,800.

The new phones also feature "Magic Editor," an AI tool capable of transforming pictures by adding elements or altering backgrounds seamlessly. This technology aims to provide users with enhanced photo editing capabilities directly on their devices.
