'5.6-magnitude earthquake jolts off Taiwan'
Beijing, Nov 2: An earthquake measuring 5.6 on the Richter scale jolted the waters off the coast of Taitung County in Taiwan at 05.09 a.m. on Monday.
The epicenter was monitored at 22.8 degrees north latitude and 121.7 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 10 km, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
