Harsh Patel Joins Telecom Committee: India's Digital Future Just Changed

At a defining moment for India's telecommunications sector – with 5G coverage expanding, 6G research underway, and the nation positioning itself as a global digital infrastructure leader – the Ministry of Communications has nominated Advocate CA. Harsh Girish Patel as a Member of the Telecom Advisory Committee.

The Telecom Advisory Committee advises the Ministry on policy, regulatory frameworks, and strategic direction for India's telecom sector, one of the world's largest and fastest-growing. Mr. Patel's nomination brings to the Committee a rare combination of legal and financial acumen, international experience, and hands-on global business leadership.

Mr. Patel, who serves as Chief Legal Advisor to the Private Office of His Highness Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan and advises unicorns including Zepto, brings a unique perspective on how global regulatory frameworks interact with national digital ambitions. His expertise in cross-border taxation, compliance, and governance has made him one of the most sought-after advisors in asset protection and international legal strategy.
