The post by Delhi Police, originally in Hindi, translates to English as "You are not an Undertaker, Mihir Virani, or a special case who will come alive again. Therefore, wearing a helmet and seat belt should always be ensured."

The post mentions the Undertaker, Mihir Virani, and a special case. The Undertaker, known as Mark William Calaway, is a professional wrestler renowned for his dramatic entrances, signature moves, and the character's ability to "die" and return from the dead, a gimmick employed throughout his successful career in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).

The second figure is Mihir Virani, a character from the daily soap opera Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, famous for its recurring theme of experiencing death and subsequent resurrection.
