Won't assume Delhi CM post until AAP gets easy majority: Kejriwal

On being asked if he would accept the role of Chief Minister in Delhi again, Kejriwal said "Not until we get easy majority to run the government on our own without any pressure."
Rejecting further any possibility to form a government (Delhi) with support of either Congress or BJP, he alleged both the parties had joined hands in making things difficult for the party to run the government.
"They (BJP and Congress) joined hands and did not let us pass crucial bills like subsidy, Jan Lokpal, Swaraj. Even the budget was passed after several hurdles," he alleged. "I may have continued as a Chief Minister but my soul did not allow me and I decided to resign," he told PTI.
"I thought that it was a big sacrifice, and the public would praise us, but the public couldn't understand the logic," he said. However, Kejriwal admitted to a communication gap between his party and the citizens of Delhi when he tendered his resignation.
"Before forming the government we held 280 meetings with the people but at the time of submitting my resignation we were at fault as we did not any hold meetings which could have removed the confusion." Rejecting the claim of being an "escapist" leader, Kejriwal claimed he would not escape from any responsibility however, he does not long for any political position.
Attacking Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi and BJP Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi for their development claims, Kejriwal said their "defeat" would be in the interest of the nation and the people must end the tradition of dynasty politics.
