Watch: ISRO Scientists Visit Tirupati Temple Ahead Of Chandrayaan-3 Launch
Human faith in God and science has become inseparable as a team of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) scientists Tirupati Venkatachalapathy temple in Andhra Pradesh to pray for the successful launch of India's third lunar mission, Chandrayaan-3.
Chandrayaan-3 will be launched on July 14, at 2:35 pm from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota.

The officials visited the temple for darshan on Thursday morning with a miniature model of Chandrayaan-3.
"This is Chandrayaan-3 is our mission to the moon...We have a launch tomorrow," the team of ISRO scientists told reporters.
Chandrayaan-3 mission consists of an indigenous propulsion module, a lander module, and a rover with the objective of developing and demonstrating new technologies required for inter-planetary missions.

The successful launch of Chandrayaan 3 will make India the fourth country to land its Spacecraft on the surface of the Moon after the United States, China and the former Soviet Union.

Instead of a success-based design in Chandrayaan-2, the ISRO has opted for a failure-based design in Chandrayaan-3, focused on what all can fail and how to protect it and ensure a successful landing.
The mission is important because it will help India to learn more about the Moon's surface and its resources. The data collected by the Chandrayaan-3 mission could help India to plan future missions to the Moon, such as a manned mission.
