Video of BJP MLA's car hitting auto-rickshaw goes viral

Thane, Aug 31: Video of a high-end car belonging to a BJP MLA dashing an auto-rickshaw has gone viral on the social media, though no police case has been registered.

The video clip shows a Lamborghini, owned by BJP MLA Narendra Mehta, dashing an auto-rickshaw at Bhayandar township near here.

Mehta told the news-channels he had gifted the car to his wife recently. He said it was a minor accident and nobody was injured.

It was however not clear who was driving the car. Thane (Rural) police said the incident took place on August 28, but no case had been registered with them so far.
