UPSC CSE 2024 Mains Exam: Admit Card Release Expected This Week, Exam Set To Begin September 20
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is set to release the admit card for the Civil Services Mains examination. According to the revised schedule, the Mains exam will commence on September 20 and will be conducted over five days. Only candidates who have successfully cleared the prelims examination and submitted the Detailed Application Form (DAF) are eligible to take the Mains exam.

Based on last year's schedule, the timings for the UPSC CSE Mains exam are expected to be similar. Here is the key timeline for UPSC CSE Recruitment 2024:
1. The UPSC Registration was held on February 14.
2. The UPSC Prelims Admit Card was released on June 7.
3. The UPSC Prelims Exam took place on June 16.
4. The UPSC Mains Admit Card is expected to be released on August 7.
5. The UPSC Mains Exam is scheduled to start on September 20.
UPSC Mains 2024 Syllabus
The UPSC Mains examination is the second phase of the selection process. Candidates who clear this stage will advance to the final round, which is the interview. The Mains exam comprises nine papers. Among these, two papers are qualifying in nature, each carrying 300 marks. These are the English Language Paper and the Any Indian Language Paper.

2. On the homepage, find the 'E-Admit Card' section.
3. Click on the link for the UPSC Civil Services Mains Admit Card 2024.
4. Enter the required credentials on the redirected page.
5. The UPSC Mains Admit Card 2024 will be displayed on the screen.
6. Verify all the details on the admit card and download it.
7. Print a copy of the admit card for future reference.
Important Notes
Candidates must download their admit cards from the official UPSC website using their registration ID and password. It is essential to check all the details on the admit card and report any errors to the UPSC immediately.
