UP Teacher Makes Students Thrash Classmate; Disturbing Clip Goes Viral

In a shocking incident, a purported clip of a teacher in Uttar Pradesh asking students to thrash a Muslim has surfaced online.

The incident reportedly occurred at Khubbapur village of Mansoorpur police station area, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. However, it is not clear when this took place.

In the clip, the victim stands before the class, while the teacher remains seated and urges fellow students to step up and slap their classmate. In succession, the students approach and strike the victim while the teacher supervises the situation.

"I have declared that send all the Muslim children there," the teacher is heard saying in the clip. Asking others to slap the victim, she states, "Why don't you hit them him with force."

As per the reports, the video was from Neha Public School.

The father of the Muslim student said he did not want to file a police complaint. "We have come to a middle ground that I will remove my kid from the school and won't file any police complaint," the father said.

As the clip went viral, Muzaffarnagar Police released a clip saying "The station in-charge of Mansoorpur has been directed to investigate and take necessary action

The teacher has reportedly apologised to the victim's family over the incident.
