Telengana government’s move changes goal post to Delhi

In a scenario, where the BJP was pitching for One Nation, One Poll the decision of the Telengana government appears to be a big set back for the government. If sources are to be believed, the BJP was still trying to hold Assembly elections of the BJP-ruled state whose elections are not too far from the Lok Sabha elections with the 2019 Lok Sabha elections but the decision taken by the Telengana government has punctured the entire BJP move.

There were three states whose elections were supposed to be held with the Lok Sabha - Andhra Pradesh, Telengana and Odisha. The BJP wanted to increased it to states like Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Rajasthan and if possible Haryana and Jharkhand. But this decision of the Telengana has if not changed then will surely impact many moves of the BJP and the government at the Centre.
