Telangana Chief Minister and Union Ministers Pay Tribute to Manmohan Singh's Legacy
Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh passed away in New Delhi on Thursday night at the age of 92. His death was confirmed by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi, where he was admitted in a critical condition around 8:30 PM. Singh was widely recognised as the architect of India's economic reforms.

Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy expressed his condolences, describing Singh as a legendary economist and leader. "He is a legend in whose passing away, India has lost a great son," Reddy stated on X. He praised Singh for demonstrating the importance of decency and class in politics and public life.
Contributions to Economic Reforms
Union Coal Minister G Kishan Reddy highlighted Singh's significant contributions to India's growth and development. He noted that Singh's role in implementing key economic reforms will always be remembered. Union MoS Home Bandi Sanjay Kumar echoed these sentiments, stating that Singh's contributions to the nation would never be forgotten.
BRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao, also known as KCR, reflected on his time as Union Minister during the UPA regime when Singh was Prime Minister. KCR recalled Singh's unwavering support for the Telangana statehood cause, recognising the sentiments of its people. He also praised Singh's impactful work as Finance Minister under Former Prime Minister P V Narasimha Rao.
