Suresh Prabhu tweets 'Bye Bye' to railway family

After the big Cabinet reshuffle, Suresh Prabhu who had offered to resign after a spate of train accidents on Twitter signals that he won't be railway minister.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is reshuffling his team for the third, and probably the last time before the 2019 elections. There are 9 new names in the list, and the old hands are expected to be promoted. The suspense over who will take charge of the crucial rail and defence ministries remains.
