Shivpal Yadav’s Son Seeks Action Against BJP MP for Badaun Incident Remarks

In a recent development from Budaun, Uttar Pradesh, political tensions have escalated following a complaint lodged by Aditya Yadav, son of Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Shivpal Yadav. The complaint was filed against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Sanghamitra Maurya for her controversial remarks about Shivpal Yadav. Aditya Yadav met with Budaun's district magistrate and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) on Thursday to formally lodge his complaint. He accused Maurya of making "indecent, baseless, and misleading" statements against his father, Shivpal Yadav, who is the SP's candidate for the Budaun seat in the upcoming elections. Aditya Yadav has also expressed intentions to file a defamation case against Maurya, citing the maligning of Shivpal Yadav through unfounded allegations, particularly at a critical time during election season.

Furthermore, Aditya Yadav's actions were not limited to legal avenues; he also visited the family of two boys who were tragically murdered by their neighbour, showcasing his support and solidarity.
