RSS Behind Attack on Me, Alleges Cockroach Janta Party Founder Abhijeet Dipke
Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke on Tuesday alleged that individuals associated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) were behind the attack on him during a protest in Jaipur a day earlier. He claimed the incident was aimed at diverting attention from the NEET (UG) paper leak issue and suppressing the voices of students demanding accountability.
Addressing reporters, Dipke said he would not be intimidated by such attacks. "We are satyagrahis who follow the path of Mahatma Gandhi and Dr B.R. Ambedkar. We are not scared of these attacks. It has come to my knowledge that the attackers belonged to RSS. Whenever someone raises their voice against this government or its ideology, such attacks are carried out," he alleged.

The incident occurred during a protest in Jaipur on Monday, where Dipke was allegedly slapped multiple times by two men while his supporters carried him on their shoulders. Police later detained two youths in connection with the incident.
Dipke arrived at Nagpur airport ahead of the CJP's planned protest at Samvidhan Square, where the party is demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the NEET (UG) paper leak controversy.
When asked who he believed was responsible for the attack, Dipke reiterated his allegation that people associated with the RSS were involved.
"There were some people belonging to RSS, and there is nothing new in it. Whenever someone speaks against the government or their ideology, they react in this manner," he claimed.
Responding to claims regarding his alleged links with the RSS and reports that he had previously met Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Dipke questioned whether such allegations justified the attack on him.
"Is that why they attacked me yesterday?" he asked.
Dipke further alleged that the attack was a deliberate attempt to shift focus away from the NEET paper leak issue and silence students seeking justice.
"We will not deviate from our issues, no matter how many attacks are carried out. Our protest will remain peaceful and democratic. More than one crore students have suffered injustice, and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan must take responsibility for it," he said.
Stressing his commitment to non-violent protest, Dipke said such incidents would not deter him.
"These kinds of attacks may continue, but I am not afraid. We walk on the path shown by Gandhi and Ambedkar. This is our satyagraha, and we will continue peacefully," he asserted.
Dipke also appealed to students, youth and residents of Nagpur to participate in the demonstration scheduled at Samvidhan Square at 4 pm on Tuesday.
The CJP has been demanding Pradhan's resignation over the alleged irregularities and paper leak in the NEET (UG) examination.
Meanwhile, authorities have made elaborate security arrangements for the protest. Police expect more than 2,000 young people to participate in the demonstration and have increased security deployment at key locations across the city. Officials said adequate measures have been taken to maintain law and order during the event.
