Punjab Gangster Goldy Brar Wanted In Moosewala Killing Shot Dead In California
Goldy Brar, the feared gangster and alleged mastermind behind the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, was reportedly shot dead by members of the rival Dalla Lakhbir gang, claimed News18 in a report. The incident is said to have taken place in California, although official confirmation is still pending.

Preliminary reports suggest that the shooting occurred at around 5:25 PM local time at Hotel Fairmount in California. Unknown assailants reportedly shot at Brar and his companion while they were standing outside his residence before fleeing the scene. Both individuals were rushed to the hospital, where one of them succumbed to injuries.
Despite initial beliefs that Brar had fled to Canada, he remained a fugitive and was listed among Canada's 25 most wanted individuals.
Goldy Brar, also known as Satinderjeet Singh, hails from a family with a law enforcement background in Punjab. He initially became involved in local gang rivalries in Punjab before escalating to more serious criminal activities. He is now wanted for crimes including murder and illegal firearms trafficking, and is listed among both Punjab's and Canada's most wanted criminals.
It is now being reported that Brar's known adversaries, criminals Arsh Dalla and Lakbhir, have allegedly claimed responsibility for the attack, citing their longstanding animosity. However, Lawrence Bishnoi and other members of the associated gang have not commented on these assertions.
Goldy Brar, born in Muktsar Sahib, Punjab, in 1994, comes from a law enforcement background. Also known as Satwinderjit Singh, he was a Canadian-born BA graduate who worked remotely from Canada in Punjab.
In a separate incident, Gurlal Brar, Goldy Brar's cousin, was killed outside a nightclub in Chandigarh last year. Bishnoi's gang is believed to have targeted Gurlal, a close associate, in retaliation for the death of Youth Congress leader Gurlal Pahalwan. Following these incidents, Goldy reportedly went to Canada in 2021 after first entering Canada on a student visa in 2017.
